A. Custom Cakes & Orders
Due to the personalized nature of custom cakes and made-to-order items:

Cancellations:

7 days or more before the event: Full refund.

Less than 7 days before the event: 50% refund to cover ingredient and preparation costs.

Within 48 hours of the event: No refund.

Design/Quality/Flavour Issues: If you are dissatisfied with the quality or design, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the cake. We may offer a partial refund or a credit for future orders, depending on the issue. Proof of dissatisfaction (such as photos) may be required.

If you are dissatisfied with the flavour the cake must be returned to us for inspection within 24 hours of the complaint. We require the cake to be at least 75% intact for us to evaluate the issue.
B. Pre-made Goods (Cupcakes, Pastries, etc.)

Refunds are only offered if the product is found to be faulty (e.g., incorrect order, spoiled, or damaged upon delivery).
